The Order Nobody Taught You About Money

The Order Nobody Taught You About Money

Nobody Teaches You the Order. That's the Problem.

Most people in their twenties are either saving or investing. Very few are doing both, perhaps in the right sequence, for the right reasons. Someone builds a solid FD or RD, feels responsible, and then a medical bill or a sudden gap between jobs wipes them out. They start over. Investing delays....

Or the opposite like someone jumps into SIPs on day one, market dips, a real emergency hits, they withdraw at a loss and quits by getting convinced that investing doesn't work.

Neither is a money problem. Both are a sequence problem, most of the time.

The order could bit simpler. Build three months of expenses in a savings account or liquid fund first, don't touch it, don't consider it as wealth. Then start your SIP, however small it could be.

Safety first. Growth second. Time does the rest.

This week, try checking one thing, do you have that floor in place?
