The First ₹1 Lakh Does What the Next ₹9 Lakh Can't

The First ₹1 Lakh Does What the Next ₹9 Lakh Can't

The ₹1 Lakh Nobody Takes Seriously

Most people in their first job are waiting for the moment money starts feeling real. A big balance. A proper portfolio. Something worth talking about.

So, the first ₹1 lakh sits there small, unglamorous, easy to be ignored. Some spend it. Some let it idle. Very few put it to work.

That is the mistake.

That first ₹1 lakh, invested in your early twenties, has more time to grow than anything you'll ever earn later. Not because of the amount but because of the years (Runway) it gets to compound. Money invested at 23 doesn't just grow. It grows on its growth, quietly, for decades.

Salary grows. Bonuses get credited. The ₹10 lakhs shows up eventually. But the years you could have given your money those don't come back.

Don't wait to feel wealthy before you start investing. The first ₹1 lakh is where the real head start lives.

This week, give a thought. Just start with whatever you have.
